3 Steps To Accelerate Your E-book Writing
These 3 tips to accelerate your eBook writing are fundamental steps to help you make the most out of your writing time. So before you write your eBook, read on!
1. Plan ahead. Planning is essential in any form of writing. Here is where important decisions are made: topic you want to write about, how and where to research, book title, book length, topics to be discussed and not discussed, number of sections, who will write the book, etc. This is the part wherein you decide everything that is essential for your book.
2. Studying your market. Researching your potential market is also essential. You have to take the demographics of your targeted market – are they supposed to be computer programmers who are conversant with Internet terminology, are they professionals / entrepreneurs seeking to try a new field of selling market, are they regular Jo’s simply seeking aid with how to do certain things using the power of the World Wide Web? By knowing precisely who your discourse is for, you can weave the language accordingly. This is the part wherein you decide everything concerning your intended readership. Always keep them in mind when you write your eBook. Tailor fit your writing style, language, choice of words, etc. so you can get your message across effectively.
3. Knowing if you have competition and who they are. An e-book is only as good as its sales. By knowing who and what you are up against, you can make your e-book more appealing to the masses. If someone else has written basically the same thing you have, what possible edge could you offer to your potential market? Why should people choose your work over others? This is the part wherein you make decisions on marketing and selling your e-books.
